How does the per-PC hardware activation work?
Upon initial in-app key activation inside Revit, our plugin polls a unique machine hardware signature and maps it to Lemon Squeezy's activation endpoint. Attempts to input this key elsewhere fail once the activation seat limit is met.
What if an engineer upgrades their machine or departs the firm?
Reach out to our technical support channel indicating your purchased license key credentials. We will manually clear old hardware slot instances inside our merchant portal, freeing up allocations for clean client setups. No need to buy a new license.
